RULES
M2WIN Betting Rules
These general rules apply to bets placed through M2WIN. Each game provider also has its own rules, shown inside the game, which take priority for that game.
General rules
- A bet is placed only when it is confirmed in your bet history. Bets that are not confirmed have no effect.
- Bets are settled on the official result recorded by the game provider.
- If a game malfunctions, the affected rounds are void and stakes are returned.
- M2WIN may cancel bets placed after an event has started when in-play betting was not offered, or bets placed at clearly wrong odds.
Sports
- Football results are settled on 90 minutes plus stoppage time unless the market says otherwise. Extra time and penalties do not count.
- A match abandoned or postponed beyond the sportsbook's time limit is void; in a parlay, that selection counts as odds of 1.
- In-play bets have an acceptance delay and can be rejected if a key event happens during it.
- Each sportsbook (SBOBET, Maxbet, CMD368 and others) publishes its own detailed rules, which apply to bets placed on it.
Live casino
- Results are taken from the physical cards, wheel or dice in the studio.
- If a stream drops after your bet was accepted, the bet stands and is settled on the real result.
- Dealer mistakes are corrected according to the studio's rules.
Slots and fishing games
- Results are produced by the provider's random number generator.
- An interrupted round resumes or is settled the next time you open the game.
4D
- Tickets close before each draw at the time shown on the ticket screen.
- Results are settled against the official numbers published by the draw operator.
Disputes
Contact support with your username, the bet ID and a screenshot. Disputes are checked against the provider's records, which are final.
