Who can open an M2WIN account?
Anyone aged 18 or over can register, using their own mobile number and name. One account per person is allowed. The name on your account must match the bank account or e-wallet you withdraw to.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the forgot-password link on the login screen and follow the code sent to your registered mobile number. If you no longer have that number, contact support with your username to verify your identity.
Which payment methods can I use?
DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX online banking, USDT and bank transfer. All of them credit the same MYR wallet. The banking page lists the current limits and processing times for each method.
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit is MYR 10 (MYR 30 for your first deposit) for most methods. USDT has its own minimum because of network fees, and some promotions set a higher minimum to qualify.
How long do withdrawals take?
Most withdrawals are processed in 5 to 10 minutes once turnover requirements are met. The first withdrawal on a new account can take longer while the account details are checked once.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
Usually because a bonus turnover requirement is not complete, the receiving account name does not match your profile, or a first-time check is in progress. Live chat can tell you which applies.
What does turnover mean?
Turnover is the total amount you bet. Bonuses and rebates require a set turnover before they can be withdrawn. Only settled bets with a win or loss count; void and fully hedged bets do not.
How does the game rebate work?
You earn up to 1% back on valid turnover, depending on the game category: up to 0.6% on slots, 0.5% on live casino and 1% on sports. It is paid automatically into your main wallet.
How do VIP tiers work?
There are six tiers from Jade to Royal, based on deposits and turnover. Higher tiers get higher rebates, larger daily withdrawal limits and birthday and upgrade bonuses. Royal is by invitation.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. M2WIN and its games run in the browser on Android and iPhone. You can add the site to your home screen for one-tap access.
Is my personal information safe?
Your details are used only to run your account and process payments. Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be M2WIN staff.
