How to Level Up
Your tier is based on how much you deposit and bet over time. Jade starts with your first deposit. Rose Gold needs MYR 50,000 deposited within a month. From Ruby upwards, both monthly deposits and three-month totals for deposits and turnover count.
Keeping your tier
Jade and Rose Gold are lifetime tiers. Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and Royal are reviewed every quarter against the three-month deposit and turnover levels in the table above. If you fall short, you move to the tier your activity supports.
Royal by invitation
Royal is not reached by numbers alone. The VIP team invites players based on long-term activity and account history.
